Now we’re getting ready for the Gulpener Bluegrass Festival at De Parel van Zuilen, Utrecht. A great festival which is organised by our fiddling friend and honorary Boogieman Joost van Es. There’s a lot of great bands from Holland and abroad and the headliners are none less than Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver. If you get the chance to attend, we suggest you take it!

We’d like to offer our sincere condolences to the friends and family of Ferdie Tummers. It was always good to see him when he came to our show. He shall be missed dearly.

This Halloween marks the 24th anniversary of the Boogiemen. And we’re still going strong! The last couple of months have proved that the audience for our music, and bluegrass and associated music in general, is growing faster than ever! Thank you all for your continuing support down through the years!
